Baked Field Mushrooms with Tuna and Goats Cheese

4 large field mushrooms, peeled and stalks removed
150g soft goat’s cheese
1 tbs. capers
3 sprigs of thyme, leaves finely chopped
95gm can Sirena lemon and pepper tuna, drained slightly
½ a lemon
2 tbs. olive oil


Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C

Mix the tuna, goat’s cheese, capers and thyme. Evenly distribute the tuna mixture into every mushroom cap. Drizzle with olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted slightly. Serve with a little drizzle of oil.
