Chicken Lettuce Wraps

2 tsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sriracha

2 tsp rice bran
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
4 green onions
1 pound ground chicken
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup chopped snow peas
½ cup shredded carrot
Butter Lettuce Leaves
1 cup slivered almonds


For the Sauce: Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.

Heat oil in a skillet over high heat.
Add garlic, ginger and green onions to the pan, stirring until fragrant.
Add ground chicken, breaking it into small pieces until cooked through.
Add bell peppers and snow peas and cook for 1 minute.
Pour the sauce on top and cook for 2 minutes longer.

Serve chicken mixture in lettuce cups with shredded carrots and ¼ cup slivered almonds on top each serving.
