Extra Virgin Olive Oil Flat Bread with Dukkah
Cook Time 30 minutes
200g self-raising flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Dukkah, for sprinkling
Combine the flour and salt on a clean work surface. Make a well in the centre and add the yoghurt and oil. Use a fork to combine the flour into the yoghurt to form a ball of dough.
Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll out. Working with one portion at a time, roll a little then sprinkle over dukkah, oil and a pinch of salt. Keep rolling to press the dukkah into the dough.
Cook the dough for a few minutes on each side in a warm pan.
