Joe has worked under Phillip Howard at two Michelin starred ‘The Square’ in London and lists Gordan Ramsay’s three Michelin starred Royal Hospital Road on his resume. Before joining forced with Scott Pickett to create Saint Crispin, Joe was executive chef at George Calombaris’ two hatted ‘The Press Club’.
