Cook Time 30 minutes
Vegetable oil for shallow, frying
4 pork loin steaks, pounded until thin
2 eggs, lightly beaten with water or milk
½ cup plain flour
1 tbsp stock powder
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
Lemon and mayonnaise, to serve
Combine panko crumbs and stock powder together.
Dust pork steaks in flour and shake off excess. Dip into egg mixture and then coat evenly in the panko crumb.
Heat oil over a medium to high heat and fry schnitzels for 1-2 minutes on each side. Drain on a rack and serve with lemon cheeks and mayonnaise.
