Saganaki with Blistered Blueberry

Cook Time 15 minutes

Servings 4 as an entree


2 x 125g triangles of kefalograviera cheese
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp honey
Pinch of oregano
¼ of a lemon, juiced
¾ cup of blueberries


Heat a large non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat. Rub the oil into the cheese before adding the cheese to the pan, then cook on each side for 1 minute or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and arrange on a plate.

Add the honey to the pan along with oregano and blueberries. Cook for 20 seconds and the squeeze lemon over the top. Pour over the Saganaki.
