Super Gold Kiwifruit Oat Bowls

Cook Time 10 minutes + overnight refrigeration

100g instant oats 

Pinch cinnamon 

1 tbsp white chia seeds 

4 gold kiwifruits

200ml oat milk (or any milk of your choice) 

2 tbsp honey 

100g Greek-style yoghurt 

A mix of nuts of your choice, to garnish

A few sprigs of mint, to garnish 


Grate the kiwifruit on a box grater. 

Combine the oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, grated kiwifruit and a tablespoon of the honey. Divide into bowls and chill overnight. 

Just before serving, combine yoghurt with the remaining honey. Spread a layer of the yoghurt over each bowl of muesli and garnish with sliced extra kiwifruit, nuts and mint.
